Do I need to sign a contract & waiver?
Yes — we keep things fun, but also safe and protected for everyone involved.
Do bounce houses need power?
Yes — they must be within 50 feet of an outlet. Some units need two outlets, so plan accordingly
Does water come with the slides?
Nope — you bring the hose! Make sure you have good pressure. (And avoid iron-heavy water — it can stain the vinyl.)
Can kids wear shoes inside?
No shoes allowed — socks and bare feet only. (Stinky feet welcome)
What if I rent a generator?
We bring it full — after that, fuel is on you.
Do I need to clean up after pets?
Yes — Fido says please clean the area before setup.
Do I need to turn off sprinklers?
Yes — running irrigation can damage both the unit and your system.
How are inflatables secured?
We use heavy-duty stakes (1″ thick, 18″ deep). Please mark any underground lines beforehand.
Do you set everything up?
Yes — we handle delivery, setup, and breakdown.
How long is the rental?
Typically multi-day (delivery before, pickup after).
What if it rains?
We’ll work with you on rescheduling or adjustments.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — weekends go quickly.
